Here at Master of Code Global (MOCG) we are developing a high-quality leasing platform that is being used by B2B and B2C end customers. As our QA Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the quality of our products. You’ll strategize testing approaches, lead your team to identify and eliminate defects and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5+ QA testers, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment within 3 subteams.
  • Play a key role in shaping the overall QA strategy of the project
  • Lead the team through transformative processes on the project. Be the QA team’s advocate in front of the client, explaining the testing and delivery processes established in the MoC at the same time ensuring the client orientation approach.
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve QA processes on the project.
  • Facilitate task assignment and workload management for the QA team to ensure on-time testing completion.
  • Collaborate with QA automation engineers to discuss priorities, plan future work, and present high-level automation progress to the client.
  • Establish quality metrics and track them to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and developers.
  • Take responsibility and bring value to the quality and success of a product.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in QA tools and methodologies.

Required background and skills:

  • 7+ years of solid experience in manual QA testing with at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Experience in implementing QA processes on projects.
  • A thorough understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and approaches, with the ability to integrate this knowledge into daily operations.
  • Initiative and proactiveness
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and provide constructive feedback
  • Ability to manage conflict within the team
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate.
  • Be able to travel onsite to the Client for workshops and alignment when requested (Europe).


Preferred/Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with automation testing.
