We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Magento Tech Lead (Full Stack) to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading Magento/Adobe Commerce projects from their analysis and planning stages through to successful execution. You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and ensure the smooth development, testing, and deployment of our e-commerce solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the development team, ensuring project success, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

🥇 Project Leadership & Technical Ownership:

• Lead and manage assigned Magento/Adobe Commerce projects from the outset, guiding them through all stages, including requirements analysis, architecture planning, execution, and delivery.
• Identify potential technical challenges early on and develop solutions to ensure project success.
• Take full ownership of the project’s technical outcomes, ensuring that all technical solutions meet the highest standards.

💼 Pre-Sale & Up-Sale Activities:

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams during the pre-sale phase, providing technical insights, estimates, and recommendations to meet client needs.
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop custom Magento solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.

🚀 Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project vision, goals, and technical deliverables.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication among stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on project objectives and timelines.

💻 Project Planning & Execution:

• Create and oversee detailed technical project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Lead the development team in executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

📊 Continuous Improvement & Best Practices:

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying best practices to future projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Magento trends, technologies, and industry innovations to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with frontend and backend developers, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with the overall product roadmap.
• Organize regular project status meetings, updating all stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

📈 Risk Management:

• Proactively identify and manage risks associated with the project to prevent potential issues from affecting project success.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges, ensuring projects stay on track.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Magento full stack developer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including DevOps.
• Proven experience in leading the development of complex Magento customization projects.
• Proficiency in both Magento backend and frontend technologies, including Hyva.
• Advanced English level (C1) is required for effective communication in an international environment.
