We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who will oversee and coordinate multiple corporate programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As a Program Manager, you will be working closely with our Executive Team. You will own, analyze, systematize, and structure initiatives that are being taken company-wide with employee involvement.

If you have a proven track record in managing complex corporate programs, coupled with strong understanding of program & project & process management methodologies, budgeting acumen, and a data-driven approach, do not hesitate to apply!

In this role, you will:

• Align and manage various corporate programs to ensure they meet the organization’s mission and goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  
• Oversee process management, ensuring standardized procedures are followed across all projects for consistency and efficiency.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams collaboration for effective communication across all project activities, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Manage program risks and issues, applying mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Monitor program performance, using metrics and KPIs to provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Ensure consistent reporting and documentation, tracking program progress and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience in managing complex programs in product SaaS companies
• Deep understanding of change management methodologies, including ADKAR and other industry-standard frameworks
• Proficiency in process management
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, plans and comprehensive documentation
• Data-driven decision making based on performance monitoring
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
• Stakeholder management
• Advanced English
