We seek a well-organized, communicative, and reliable Treasury Specialist with expertise in international payments, strong analytical skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and attention to detail.
You’ll join the team of four awesome specialists who will support and guide you through our company’s financial world. The Treasury Team manages the cash flows of both non-resident companies and all Ukrainian companies, making current payments, etc.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including invoice payments, bank orders, and payment transactions to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify payment documentation for accuracy and compliance with contract terms, liaising with initiators for necessary adjustments.
• Generate and manage virtual payment cards, including validity checks, usage monitoring, and limit adjustments.
• Reconcile bank accounts by processing and importing bank statements and balance data into the accounting system (Odoo).
• Administer banks and payment systems, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Maintain financial document accuracy, manage deadlines, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the payment calendar, process improvements, audits, and automation of treasury operations.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Working experience in international treasury (with non-residents, international banks, worldwide payment systems)
• Knowledge of international payments (like WIRE transfer, ACH, SEPA, Domestic payment)
• Solid knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (summary tables, work with large arrays of information, formulas, and functions)
• Strong accountability (in everything — deadlines, quality, commitment)
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Important: analytical abilities, system thinking, initiative, attention to detail, adaptability
• Native (fluent) Ukrainian
• Being able to work according to Ukrainian business hours

As a plus:

• Experience with Airtable, Odoo, Xero
