You will join the awesome Acquisition Team, and, as part of this team, you won’t be only a designer but also have an opportunity to contribute to a marketing strategy. At the same time, it is an ability to pitch your ideas and quickly see your work’s impact on millions of users.

This role is for a professional passionate about web design and digital marketing trends, highly organized, critical thinker with solid creativity skills.

In this role, you will:

• Create (development, design, layout) interactive landing pages, banners, and infographics for the PPC channel (Facebook, Google, etc)
• Design eye-catching materials that lead to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as sales growth where possible
• Together with a team, generate ideas for marketing activities
• Improve and optimize existing marketing materials. Work with hypotheses and testing.
• Use a data-driven design approach

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• At least 2+ years of working experience in digital marketing
• Portfolio of marketing design works
• Experience in creating various types of marketing creatives in different styles (banners, infographics, guides, landing pages, etc.)
• A data-driven approach, a basic understanding of marketing analytics
• At least an Intermediate level of English
• Diverse experience with Figma, After Effects, or any other tool for animation, Webflow for creating landing pages
• Understanding of the principles of Human-centered design
• Business-driven attitude to design and willingness to be guided by it

As a Plus:

• Experience/interest in 3d design
• Experience with any tool of choice for illustrations
• Experience/interest in motion design, video creating
