We are looking for an Operations Manager 🌟

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Develop and test hypotheses on which coaching value propositions have the most positive impact on business metrics (user retention and activation).
  • Dive deep into analytics to generate hypotheses for improving the efficiency of the supply team.
  • Train coaches to work according to coaching approaches that, based on test results, have the most positive impact on product metrics (user retention).
  • Through deep involvement in shaping the value proposition of coach-user chats — which form the core value for users — have a direct impact on the business and the product.

  • Experience working with supply in marketplaces of any format.
  • An interest in coaching and psychotherapy.
