Since 2023, we’ve been scaling non-stop. We’re expanding the product, the team behind it, and our global reach. Liven has grown a lot since it was just a team of four. The Role You’ll Own — Product Lead

As a Product Lead at Liven, you will focus on transforming the self-discovery product vision into OKRs and a development plan, leading a team of Product Managers responsible for content, activation, and retention; building transparent collaboration processes between cross-functional teams, helping them grow, and constantly keeping a focus on what user and business problem we are solving.

🎯 How Will You Make An Impact?

— Scale and prioritize the product development plan, balancing quick wins and strategic initiatives;
— Increase key metrics (activation, engagement, retention, revenue) through systematic experiments and data analysis;
— Build planning and delivery for multiple cross-functional teams so that each PM has clear goals and has the resources to achieve them;
— Strengthen the culture of feedback and knowledge sharing;
— Pump up the team’s product expertise through mentoring and L&D initiatives.

🧩 What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

— Experience working on a B2C product with product team management;
— Experience working with data analytics services (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI or others);
— Ability to take a systematic approach to solving a problem. Looking for the cause of the problem, break it down into small components and form a solution;
— You are result-oriented in your work (you set priorities, track the status of team goals, allocate resources to achieve goals, ask yourself the question “what problem are we solving?”, adhere to deadlines);
— You act proactively (you take responsibility, offer new ideas, experiment to get the job done faster and/or improve the quality of the final result);
— You devote time to developing product skills and thinking, and are interested in the field of self-knowledge.
