Our client is an all-around B2B shipping platform that connects to 80+ shop systems and carriers. They use automation to simplify label creation, tracking, returns, picking & packing, and much more. The platform is being actively extended to support integration with new online shop systems and new carriers.

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience.
• WordPress & WooCommerce Core Knowledge: Understanding the core functionality of WordPress and WooCommerce, including hooks, filters, and the Plugin API.
• Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript): Basic frontend skills to customize the checkout process and user experience.
• Testing & Optimization: Ability to test and optimize the plugin for performance and reliability in a live environment.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of WordPress security best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficient in English.

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with Magento and Laravel is a plus.
• Knowledge of PrestaShop development.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Develop a custom plugin for WooCommerce from scratch.
• Focus solely on plugin development without the need for ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the best possible user experience.
• Implement, customize, and support WordPress plugins and themes.
• Test and optimize the plugin for performance and reliability in a live environment.

🔹 Contract Details

• This is a contract position for 3-4 months with the possibility of an extension to work on plugins for Magento and PrestaShop.
