Middle Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We’re seeking a Middle Project Manager who will lead our development teams and help our clients receive top-notch software development services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development teams and manage team workload.
• Plan releases while maintaining Scrum methodology and its ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Take ownership and drive issues to resolution.
• Communicate proactively with both the customer and the team.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Project Manager in an agile software development environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Excellent planning and delivery skills.
• Experience with Jira (or similar tools).
• Ability to define and document requirements.
• Strong leadership skills.
• High self-motivation and the ability to motivate others.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• High level of responsibility.
• Upper-intermediate English level (both verbal and written).
