The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Process Analyst to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about optimizing processes, providing clarity through structured models, and driving efficiency across diverse teams, we want to hear from you!

As a Process Analyst at Lalafo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently. By mapping and analyzing business processes through BPMN and other modeling standards, you’ll help us identify areas of improvement, track key performance indicators, and ensure that our processes are always evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and Model Processes: Document and update business processes using BPMN or other recognized modeling techniques, ensuring they evolve with improvements and changes.
  
  
• Analyze Cross-functional Processes: Develop process models that clearly show interactions, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization across various teams.
  
  
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs: Track performance metrics, ensuring timely detection of inefficiencies and deviations from standards.
  
  
• Build Dashboards & Reports: Create insightful visualizations in Tableau or Superset to monitor process performance, trends, and key insights.
  
  
• Investigate Anomalies: Log, categorize, and analyze issues and anomalies, tracking their root causes and impact.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing process efficiency, and report on execution, challenges, and ongoing initiatives.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Process Modeling Expertise: Proficiency in BPMN, mathematical modeling, and documenting complex cross-functional flows.
  
  
• Documentation Skills: Experience translating technical documents into clear and structured process models.
  
  
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong background in building dashboards, reporting, and performing statistical analysis to track KPIs.
  
  
• Optimization Knowledge: Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
  
  
• Anomaly Management: Hands-on experience logging and tracking issues using Jira.
  
  
• Standardization: Expertise in maintaining process documentation, workflow, and operational standards.
