kit/code is looking for hard-working and ambitious Senior Legal Counsel

For this position is better to have:
— Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university
— more than 4 years overall professional practice
— 1+ year of relevant experience in IT
— English level: Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced level of English, both written and oral
— experience working with international jurisdictions and international financial institutions
— understanding of financial сompliance principles, intellectual property turnover, corporate structuring and tax planning proficiency.
— the ability to travel abroad on occasional business trips is a must.

— good communication skills
— ability to multitask / deal with a heavy workload
— considerable self-organization and time management skills
— collaborative team player.

Your responsibilities:
— corporate structuring for tax planning and optimization: non-resident
— banking/financial compliance: resident and non-resident
— work with non-resident companies maintenance, analysis of legislation of various jurisdictions, opening accounts for legal entities in foreign banks
— business compliance: issue resolution and consultations, execution control
— protection of intellectual property objects: resident and non-resident
— business conflict mediation/prosecution
drafting and revising various commercial contracts, policies, and other legal documents
