International lawyer

Hey there! Key2Law is looking for an experienced International Lawyer to join our team!

As an International Lawyer at Key2Law, you’ll be part of a team that provides expert legal advice and consultancy to clients from various jurisdictions around the world. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about international law and has experience in company incorporation, opening bank accounts, drafting contracts in English, obtaining crypto and gambling licenses and analyzing legislation in the EU, Asia, USA, and other jurisdictions.

If you have excellent analytical skills, are proficient in English, and have at least two years of experience in international law, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Working closely with our clients on a wide range of contracts in English, such as NDAs, License Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Service Agreements, Trust Agreements, and more;
• Analyzing legislation in the EU, Asia, USA and other jurisdictions to help clients comply with relevant laws and regulations;
• Providing expert legal consultancy to clients, both orally and in writing;
• Registering companies abroad, preparing all necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations;
• Opening overseas bank accounts, including preparing all necessary documentation for this process;
• Conducting negotiations with foreign partners on behalf of our clients.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in international law;
• English proficiency of at least Upper-Intermediate level (B2);
• Experience in incorporating companies in the EU and other jurisdictions;
• Experience in opening accounts in banks and payment systems;
• Experience in drafting contracts in English;
• Analytical skills and rapid information search ability;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Experience in high-risk business activities (including obtaining crypto and/or gambling licences);
• Stable internet connection.
