ABOUT US:

Jamworks is your meeting companion, automated note-taker, task delegator, insight propagator, point of interest capture, and “what did they just say?” helper. Never forget a valuable insight ever again. The way we study has changed, but lectures haven’t until now. Jamworks helps students and teachers in any subject remember the forgotten, revise the revisable, and get back to that one key moment that you’ve always wanted to find when studying — with transcribed audio, any screen content from presentations or slides, and additional notes.

We are now moving into a new product area — Jamworks for Business. We’ll be expanding both our product offering and our sales and marketing, and that demands a significant extension to our architectureand many new feature, integrations and functions.

We are looking for an experienced and focused QA to join our growing team to contribute to this exciting journey, reporting to the senior QA manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting up and controlling the QA process
• Design and manage QA documentation (test plan and test cases, traceability matrix, test and status reports)
• Planning and providing informal, regression, integration, and acceptance testing for web and mobile applications
• Prioritize testing activities for all new features and changes to the existing codebase before release
• Provide and manage clear bug reports when expected quality is not met, monitoring and escalating issues to a satisfactory resolution
• Software requirements review
• Suggesting functional and quality improvements
• Collaboration with parallel teams to implement joint integrations between applications and services

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of overall QA commercial experience 
• Deep understanding of core testing processes
• Understanding of  QA methodologies 
• Experience in Web, mobile, and API testing
• Experience in SQL
• DevTools
• Postman
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD processes
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Well-developed communication & team working skills

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience in AWS
• Charles / Fiddler
• Shell commands
• Any experience in test automation (Web UI, API, DB)
