Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Technical Project Manager to coordinate and deliver complex R&D projects with a strong focus on artificial intelligence.

You will manage several projects, depending on their scale and complexity, and guide them throughout the full delivery cycle: from requirements analysis and planning to execution, client communication, final delivery, and identification of potential follow-up opportunities.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams that may include Technical Leads, AI researchers, computer vision engineers, software developers, iOS engineers, external contractors, and company leadership.

At It-Jim, a Technical Project Manager combines project coordination with product thinking, client management, people management, and a solid understanding of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables, priorities, and communication.
• Lead regular communication with clients and help transform business needs into clear project requirements.
• Plan project roadmaps, milestones, releases, and delivery materials.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and changes in scope.
• Ensure that project information and documentation remain clear and up to date.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including the Delivery Manager, CEO, and CTO.
• Identify potential opportunities for project expansion, additional features, or continued cooperation.

What We Expect From You

• 2+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• The ability to manage several priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and ownership-driven approach to work.
• A good high-level understanding of frontend and backend development processes.
• Experience creating project roadmaps, reports, and delivery presentations.
• The ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong interest in AI technology and its practical applications.
• A desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve your technical and project management skills.

You Will Stand Out If

• You have managed projects involving custom AI or machine learning solutions rather than only third-party AI APIs.
• You have experience with mobile or XR development.
• You have previous coding, engineering, or QA experience.
• You have a degree in computer science or engineering
