Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a sales representative or sales manager in IT field;
Ability to drive sales process from plan to close, effectively cooperating with development and delivery teams on this way;
Communication, presentation, negotiation skills;
Expertise in IT outsource field, B2B sales;
Experience supporting the whole cycle of revenue generation from new customers;
Expertise in outbound management tools and strategies;
Ability to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Ability to write succinct, thoughtful, personalized emails;
Experience with MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM programs (preferably Hubspot), Task managers (Asana), and G Suite.
Familiarity with Objectives and key results (OKR) framework is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Run lead generation and BDM activities aimed to generate new revenue for the company;
Work closely with the Sales / CSM team to drive traffic and generate qualified leads within the financial(mostly) market;
Analysis of clients’ requirements, communication through LinkedIn, e-mail, and other tools and intro calls arrangement;
CRM activity and rules adherence for accurate lead generation planning, reporting, and forecasting;
Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors by regularly learning about professional events and projects worldwide.
