PHP DEVELOPER’S MISSION STATEMENT:

IntelliBoard is looking for a Senior PHP Developer who has a strong background in PHP, especially within the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate will also have a profound understanding of databases, including Redshift. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing infrastructure to ensure high performance and scalability. This position requires not only a deep technical understanding but also a forward-thinking mindset. You won’t just be developing; you’ll also contribute to our infrastructure and architectural decisions, ensuring our systems are perfectly poised for growth and peak performance.

Some key responsibilities will include:

· Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, specifically leveraging the Laravel framework.

· Work collaboratively with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements developed in Vue.js.

· Design, implement, and optimize our database structures, with a focus on Redshift, ensuring data integrity, speed, and scalability.

· Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes and other cloud infrastructure tools.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and modules.

· Ensure adherence to the best software development practices and contribute to architecture decisions.

· Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide thought leadership on the latest industry best practices.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure their scalability, performance, and functionality.

Our ideal candidate is a strong leader, motivator, and team player who has:

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Strong proficiency in PHP and extensive experience with the Laravel framework.

· Hands-on experience with Vue.js and a deep understanding of its core principles.

· Solid experience with Redshift and general database design and optimization.

· Experience with cloud deployment, orchestration, and scaling using Kubernetes.

· Strong grasp of software architectural patterns and principles.

· Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills (Advanced English)
