About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer who can design and build data pipelines at scale. The focus is on large datasets or high-throughput data streams, data quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

— Design and build data pipelines (batch or streaming)

— Process large volumes of data (millions to billions of records)

— Handle data validation, deduplication, and consistency

— Ingest data from files, cloud storage, or streams

— Prepare data for analytics

— Make and explain architectural decisions

Requirements

— Strong Data Engineering experience

— Solid SQL and database knowledge

— Experience with ETL and large-scale data

— Experience with batch or streaming processing

— Good programming skills (Java or similar)

— Ability to design pipelines and explain choices

Nice to have

— Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch

— Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

— Real-time data processing

AI

— Uses AI tools in development or willing to learn

— Can review and validate AI-generated code
