Junior QA Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join our team for working in a long-term project in Healthcare domain.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 year of experience in web/mobile testing;
  • Strong knowledge of software testing processes with QA reporting mechanisms;
  • Experience in working with requirements;
  • Experience in creating acceptance criteria or user stories;
  • Experience in test case design end-to-end integration testing;
  • Wide knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with different testing types (both functional and non-functional);
  • Deep understanding of Development Lifecycle; appreciation of Agile principles and self-organization;
  • Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and good learning skills;
  • Experience with automated testing using Cypress or Appium or willing to learn test
    automatio;
  • Intermediate Strong (B1+) level of spoken and written English or higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Following and improving project conventions (architecture approach, code style, best practices);
  • Following and suggesting improvements for the existing project processes, methodologies, and guidelines;
  • Estimation of tasks and functions and fit with own estimates;
  • Creating and updating project documentation (technical and functional);
  • Setup and maintenance of project environments;
  • Negotiation/explanation of technical questions and requirements with the clients;
  • Participation in technical interviews with clients;
  • Guide, consult and give advice to team members with the delivery of assigned tasks;
  • Contribute to employees’ growth by providing tech feedback and setting tech goals;
  • Conduct project-related tech interviews for external candidates.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

  • Welcome Interview with recruiter (30 min);
  • Technical Interview (up to 90 min);
  • Final Interview (up to 30 min).
