We are looking for an organized, detail-driven HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and excellent employee experience across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience with HRIS (Zoho People or similar).
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI tools and their application to enhance work performance, efficiency, and overall productivity.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • English is Upper Intermediate+.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and continuously improve employee benefits programs, including flexible benefits, insurance, wellness, and corporate perks.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with benefits vendors, ensuring smooth operations, timely payments, and high employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee medical insurance lifecycle — enrollment, de-enrollment, claims guidance, annual tender, and communication with brokers and legal teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related financial transactions, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
  • Support HR processes in HRIS — onboarding, terminations, workflows, and internal transfers.
  • Prepare and maintain HR data and reports for Finance and Management.
  • Ensure timely and compliant execution of HR policies, employee documentation, and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate welcome gifts and benefit activation for new hires across all locations.
