Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
   
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear requirements.
   • Support the Product and Development teams by documenting and prioritizing features and enhancements.
2. Market & Competitive Analysis:
   
   • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
   • Provide recommendations based on competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for growth.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   
   • Act as a bridge between teams (Product, Sales, Account, Support, etc.), ensuring a cohesive approach to business goals.
   • Assist with product documentation, tracking, and communication to ensure transparency and alignment.
4. Requirements Articulation and Documentation:
   
   • Clearly Define Business Goals: Ensure the WHAT and WHY are comprehensively outlined, keeping business objectives the most important part of the requirements for the technical team.
   • Translate Requirements Accurately: Capture business goals in detailed, unambiguous language that the technical team can implement with confidence.
   • Maintain Consistency and Precision: Use structured formats and standardized language to avoid misunderstandings and ensure alignment across teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of aggregator processes and key metrics in the gaming industry will be a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
