We are looking for a structured and proactive Operations Manager to support the Chief Operating Officer in coordinating and executing internal operational initiatives.
This role is focused on operational execution, coordination, and control: ensuring that internal processes are followed, tasks are completed on time, and teams stay aligned with company priorities.
Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
— Coordinate internal operational tasks and initiatives across teams
— Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
— Be the process owner for some processes
Process & Documentation
— Prepare and maintain internal documentation (processes descriptions & diagrams, internal policies, operational guidelines)
— Ensure consistency, clarity, and version control in documentation across teams
Compliance & Administrative Support
— Help in handling compliance-related requests (KYC, document collection, etc.)
— Prepare and organize documentation for audits and reviews
— Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams
Communication & Alignment
— Share operational updates and process changes
— Ensure teams are informed about new policies
— Support internal communication across departments
Cross-functional Coordination
— Act as a coordination point between different departments
— Help resolve operational blockers and clarify responsibilities
— Ensure alignment on ongoing tasks and priorities
Operation Strategy Execution
— Take ownership of selected operational initiatives and drive their execution
— Support prioritization of the operational tasks and initiatives
— Track progress and ensure alignment with operational priorities
Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles
— Experience in corporate or structured environments
— Strong organizational and time-management skills
— Experience working with documentation and processes
— Attention to detail and structured thinking
— Strong communication and coordination skills
