Blockchain Frontend Developer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re IdeaSoft’s Ethereum-focused R&D Department — a lean, scrappy team building zero-to-one Web3 apps fast. No bureaucracy, no long roadmaps. Just building, shipping, and validating.

We’re looking for a Blockchain Developer (React) who can take an idea, turn it into a working UI fast, and iterate with minimal input. Someone who thrives without daily Jira standups, and loves working on Ethereum-based apps.

What You’ll Do

• Build UIs for new Ethereum dApps, tools, dashboards, bots, agents, etc;
• Work closely with backend/dev teams and designers (if any — sometimes it’s just Figma or nothing);
• Integrate smart contract data, wallets, and on-chain state via ethers.js, viem, wagmi, etc;
• Prioritize speed — from idea to working prototype in days, not weeks;
• Ship often. Iterate fast. Refactor later.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, NextJs, TypeScript, and modern UI/UX practices;
• Comfortable with Web3 frontends — wallet connections, smart contract reads/writes;
• Experience with wagmi, viem, or other Ethereum frontend frameworks;
• Familiar with Uniswap V4,V3,V2 Farcaster, AI agents, or other emerging Web3 trends;
• Have an eye for design — you don’t need a Figma file for every button;
• Not afraid to make decisions, figure things out, and build with incomplete specs;
• No Jira. No PMs. Just you, GitHub, and your brain.

Bonus Points

• You’ve built or contributed to Web3 products or participated in hackathons;
• You’ve launched something on your own — even a small side project.
