We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our valued clients. This role supports HackenProof, our Web3 bug bounty platform, which bridges crypto businesses with a global hacker community to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities, ensuring robust product security in the blockchain space.

  • Proven track record: Demonstrable experience as an account manager, business development manager, sales executive, or within a relevant capacity in the Web3 domain.

  • Tech-savvy: Aptitude for swiftly grasping and effectively pitching new products and technologies, emphasizing their value propositions.

  • Communication: Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all inquiries and service-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored account strategies, leveraging client interactions and feedback insights.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging markets and evolving customer needs.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client usage patterns, industry trends, and emerging needs.
  • Effectively promote the company’s products and services, addressing current and anticipated client requirements.
