GT is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our executive team & ensure the smooth operation of all sales-related activities.

The Sales Operations Specialist is a key player in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization and maximizing customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Specialist role in GT involves maintaining operational activities in sales processes with new leads and supporting sales executives. Success in the position requires managing the CRM and data systems, analyzing sales data to provide insights, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve communication. The role is also responsible for developing and implementing sales processes and procedures, and managing sales forecasting.

The main scope of work:

Data and stakeholders management

  • Prepare proposals, contracts, pricing, case studies for perspective customers, continuously keeping in touch with them;
  • Onboard new clients, organize calls to introduce other departments, manage all paper and administration work;
  • Do the thorough preliminary research of the potential customers, bringing all data to Notion and HubSpot;
  • Maintain the company’s CRM (HubSpot) and data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance;
  • Manage the sales forecasting process and work closely with sales leaders to create accurate sales forecasts;
  • Gather data from sales executives about their meetings and calls, bringing that data to our CRM, keep order and structure in everything;
  • Continuously improve the sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness;

Cooperation with other teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to streamline processes and improve cross-functional communication;
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to sales operations;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers;
  • Assist senior account executives in managing existing accounts and upselling to customers;
  • Provide weekly reports to management on sales ops activities and performance.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

  • 1,5 — 2 years of experience in sales operations/analytics or a related field;
  • Experience with CRM and data systems, data analysis, and reporting;
  • Understanding of sales processes and procedures, sales forecasting.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate — Fluent. Knowledge of common rules for business communication, written and spoken;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks (we use Kanban-boards in Notion).

  • Detail-oriented, flexible and highly organised;
  • Good communication skills in English and Ukrainian;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines;
