You will be a dedicated part of the core tech team, working directly with product leadership. Our engineers have worked on products with McLaren, Universal Studios, Jaguar Land Rover, Reevoo, SmartXpo, Rio ESG, and Eagle Genomics — to name a few.
Based in London, UK, Krakow, Poland, and Kyiv, Ukraine, GT offers both full remote and flexible (office & remote) opportunities.

Now we’re looking for a highly skilled Project / Delivery Manager to bring in solid technical expertise.

If you have hands-on engineering background and experience in technical account management, technical pre-sales, and solution consultancy for international clients or similar fields, and are motivated to contribute to the success of our R&D teams in Ukraine, we would love to meet you!

Requirements:

• A good understanding of modern software technologies and solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, technical account management, technical pre-sales, solution consultancy, technical product management, or similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, communication, negotiation, client relationship & engagement.
• An inquisitive mind, solid analytical skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into business solutions.
• Strong project management skills, well-organized and structured approach to handling operations.
• Open to wearing multiple hats.
• Problem solver, ownership approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Technical background and previous hands-on experience in software engineering or QA, or related fields is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Build good and trustworthy relationships with our clients and partners (both extended team and project team).
• Be a reliable advisor to our clients, and participate in technical solutions design and consulting, taking into account each client’s product value, business objectives, and technology requirements.
• Participate in pre-sale calls with prospects together with the business development team as needed.
• Define and communicate project scope, and timelines, and execute accordingly.
• Proactively monitor, communicate and mitigate project risks.
