What You’ll Be Driving:
1.Project Management:
— Managing BU-level projects or task pools, including planning, scoping, and execution;
— Coordinating tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies across teams and BUs;
— Facilitating requirement gathering, estimation, and change management processes;
— Ensuring project objectives align with BU and company goals.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management:
— Maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders;
— Managing expectations, handling objections, and supporting effective partnerships across BUs and clients;
— Preparing and delivering progress updates and key project insights.
3.Team Leadership & Resource Management:
— Building, guiding, and supporting a high-performing Delivery Team;
— Assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and driving results under pressure;
— Contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and team development when needed.
4.Quality, Risk & Technology Management:
— Ensuring delivery quality in collaboration with QA teams;
— Identifying and mitigating risks with the team and management;
— Applying SDLC principles and facilitating requirement sessions with BAs or PMs.

— Problem-Solving: Analytical and proactive in overcoming project issues;
— Adaptability: Adjusts strategies to match evolving needs;
— Negotiation: Manages conflict and negotiates effectively, delivering results through impactful communication.
5.Hard Skills:
— Proficient with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Monday, etc.;
— Experienced in tech and software development;
— Knowledge of SDLC and project frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid, Spotify, etc.);
— Experience with igaming and betting is a big plus;
— Languages: English (B2—C1), fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
