About your key responsibilities and impact:
— Drafting different types of contracts (white label contracts, software license agreements, data subscription agreements, software development agrement, agency and referral contracts etc.);
— Improving and cultivating the expertise in contract management and sales of B2B software;
— Keeping track of the signed contracts, updating and implementing necessary amendments to the already existing contracts;
— Leading the stream of contract management for content purchase, aggregation, sales, financing and licensing;
— Assisting with the launch of the WL and taking over the legal support function;

— Drafting of the terms and conditions, policies etc.
Essential professional experience:
— Experience with most common contracts in iGaming industry at least 2 years;
— Experience with agreement drafting, review, and negotiation;
— Advanced level of spoken and written English;
— Proactive, having attention to detail;
— Excellent analytical and communication skills.
