We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a permanent position, ideal for a highly organized and experienced professional who thrives in coordinating complex IT projects involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years IT project coordination; 2+ years steering multi-vendor teams; prior launch of at least one regulated open-banking platform. Proven experience with Oracle Banking applications. IT background is highly required.
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall-Gate hybrid, backlog grooming, dependency mapping, RACI, vendor SOW negotiation, project planning, budgeting, Experienced in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc).
• API gateways and RESTful APIs, cloud-native microservices, DevSecOps, DORA/SRE metrics, project tracking and collaboration Jira/Confluence, Cloud2Cloud Integration Hub or other.
• Scrum Master PSM II/CSM, PMI, Prince2, ITIL 4 Managing Professional (would be a plus).
• Business-level English C1; assertive leadership; structured reporting for Executive Steering Committees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects coordinating internal IT and 3rd-party vendors, including multi-vendor team steering.
• Lead launch of regulated open-banking platforms and manage associated project lifecycles.
• Perform backlog grooming, dependency mapping, and vendor Statement of Work (SOW) negotiation.
• Conduct project planning and budgeting activities.
• Utilize Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall-Gate hybrid methodologies for project execution.
• Oversee API gateways, RESTful APIs, cloud-native microservices, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Track projects and facilitate collaboration using Jira, Confluence, and Cloud2Cloud Integration Hub or similar tools.
• Provide assertive leadership and structured reporting for Executive Steering Committees.
• Ensure milestone adherence ≥ 95%.
• Ensure external vendor SLA compliance ≥ 98%.
• Maintain risk register with weekly updates and aging ≤ 14 days
