We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst who will join the team for one of our real estate projects.

Who are we?
Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with HQ in NJ and development centers in Ukraine, Poland, Cyprus. We were founded in 2010 and already expanded our team to over 180 sharp minds people. The majority of our projects belong to Healthcare and Real Estate domains.

Project description:
Project is an asset and portfolio management platform that centralizes operational and financial data. It allows to better visualize and analyze performance. It streamlines manual reporting by removing data silos across the entire organization. It leverages asset management software in order to scale the business and boost operational efficiency.

— Experience in BA 3+ years.
— Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or in FinTech.
— Excellent English, both verbal and written.
— Strong communication skills.
— Analytical skills and critical thinking to process information from different sources.
— Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.
— Self-motivated and well-organized, able to set clear goals and priorities and execute them.
— High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback.
— Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
— Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability).
— Experience in notating business process/workflow.
— Experience with prototyping tools

Nice to have:
— Technical background as PM, Dev, QA, Designer
— Processes improvement experience
— Experience with Yardi

— Participating in gathering and creation of requirements
— Bridging business, support and technical sides of the company.
— Clarifying requirements, ensuring clarity and sufficiency of those. Managing change requests.
— Specifying requirements as User Stories & Tasks to guide new features development. Support team in requirements clarifications.
— Participating in review of backlog, work on road-map and prioritization for upcoming releases.
— Participating in Agile ceremonies.
— Proactively identifying and effectively assessing improvement opportunities
