About the project:

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in Project Management;
● Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
● Agile knowledge and mindset;
● Familiar with PMBOK;
● Solid understanding of SDLC;
● Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
● Strong self-management and ability to work in dynamic conditions;
● Dedication to results and problem-solving aptitude;
● Experience with budget management and financial oversight;
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
● Understanding of risk management and mitigation techniques;
●Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities:

● Take full ownership of the project from the presale/discovery phase through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget;
● Maintain project documentation, define scope, and control change;
● Drive Agile ceremonies and keep the team aligned with project goals;
● Manage budget, timelines, and project resources efficiently;
● Define key metrics across project areas (budget, schedule, scope, quality) and continuously monitor and control them to ensure project health;
● Identify project risks and define risk strategy;
● Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams;
● Ensure project delivery meets business expectations;
● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove blockers;
● Report project status to stakeholders and ensure transparency.
