Join our team as a Partnership Manager, where you’ll play a key role in building and managing relationships with platforms and aggregators. Your efforts will ensure smooth integrations, drive mutual growth, and help shape our success in the competitive iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platforms and aggregators, acting as the main contact for partner inquiries, updates, and support
  • Taking full commercial responsibility for meeting set revenue targets, goals and objectives
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients, collaborating with the Client Activation Manager
  • Manage invoicing, update payment details, and control debts
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with the legal team to ensure compliance and mutual value
  • Oversee seamless game integration and launches, coordinating timelines, quality standards, and resolving any issues
  • Monitor iGaming trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities, providing strategic recommendation


Required:

  • Experience of working in the iGaming industry min 3 years
  • 2+ years experience in Partnership management or Account Management role in iGaming
  • Deep understanding of the gambling ecosystem, including platforms and aggregators
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, analytical and structured, with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partners in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside the organization
  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details
  • Ability to see the bigger picture, analytical and structured, with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with slot game development and integration processes
  • Experience with CRM or partner management tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects in iGaming
