Requirements:
— Strong academic background preferably in Business, Tech, Management, Computer Science, or other related field;
— Proven experience of 5+ years as a Chief Operating Officer;
— 3+ years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer in igaming industry;
— Our candidate should possess leadership and business development skills, along with an entrepreneurial spirit;
— Strong self-motivation, autonomy, and passion for forward-thinking, with a strong drive to work in a fast-paced environment;
— In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in igaming industry;
— Relocation team experience;
— Our candidate should have experience leading
— The ability to listen the business requests and provide timely feedback is necessary;
— Be a team player. The team player is always worried about the entire chain of task implementation, rather than transmitting his piece of the chain with the thoughts “I finished my task, I don’t care what happens next”;
— Experience working with Jira and Confluence;
— Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
— English Upper Intermediate.
Will be a plus:
— Experience in opening offices in new countries.
Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with the board and the management team to develop and implement the company’s strategic vision;
— Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment with overall business goals;
— Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives;
— Ensure that the company’s Objectives and Key Results (OKR) are delivered on time;
— Participate in expansion activities such as opening offices (in LATAM, Asia, and other regions.);
— Work with trademarks, certifications, licenses, and other legal requirements;
— Ensure that the company understands all requirements for the geographical areas where games are available;
— Manage departmental budgets, costs, and tax optimization;
— Participate in establishing new legal entities when needed;
— Conduct annual audits;
— Hire high-level employees and build a team spirit while participating in the development of staff motivation;
— Work closely with the HR department to create the best employee management system.
