Product Manager / AI Business Partner

About the project
We are building an internal Agentic AI platform that enables business teams to create AI agents to improve processes and products across the bank.
Our goal is to move from isolated AI experiments to a scalable, everyday capability embedded in business operations.

CoE AI provides the framework, standards, and support — while business teams own their AI use cases.

You will help make this model work in practice by connecting business needs, AI opportunities, delivery structure and regulatory expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with business domains and support AI Product / Process Owners
• Identify and shape valuable AI use cases across areas like lending, AML, operations, and customer service
• Run discovery sessions and workshops to uncover real opportunities
• Help structure use cases with clear value, scope, and success metrics
• Support backlog creation and prioritization based on business impact
• Ensure clarity and consistency of requirements
• Help assess expected and actual business impact
• Act as a bridge between business, AI CoE, IT, and Risk
• Contribute to sharing best practices and reusable approaches

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years in Business Analysis / Product / Project roles
• Experience working with business requirements, process modeling and discovery activities
• Strong backlog management, proactive mindset, and well-developed critical thinking abilities
• Good understanding of how systems, APIs, and integrations work
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and practical knowledge of Agentic AI approaches, patterns, and limitations
• Understanding of AI governance and regulatory frameworks, including Ukrainian regulation, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF or similar standards
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Analytical thinking and focus on outcomes
• Ability to use tools to structure requirements, workshops, decision logs, and delivery backlog
• English — working proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI / AI use cases in production or internal business environments
• Experience in banking / fintech
• Basic understanding of data, integrations for AI and AI product delivery lifecycle
• Experience in system analysis
• Experience working with Risk / Compliance / Legal stakeholders in regulated environments
