About the Role

As a Marketing Web Designer at FUIB Business, you’ll be actively involved in the development and improvement of the existing promotional website.
This role requires an excellent sense of style, work with graphic elements at a high level, the ability to convey complex meanings using visually impressive creative design materials, and have the ability to make trivial things interesting
Also, a high level of work with graphics and illustrations, an understanding of artistic principles and rules, composition, colour, and typography are important. The ability to develop and keep a specific visual style in illustrations and graphic elements
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, advocate for user needs, and help elevate visual communication across the website and product

Required skills and experience:
• 4+ years of experience designing marketing websites and landings — ideally in-house and B2B
• A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful UI web design and illustrations
• Excellent sense of style, colour, composition, typography, and the fundamental knowledge behind it
• Strong design skills across systems and interfaces — from initial wireframes to high-fidelity UI
• Strong visual and communication design skills — ability to craft clean, engaging visuals
• Motion design skills
• Ability to think strategically, define problems clearly, and articulate design decisions
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and how they shape real product solutions
• Self-driven approach and ownership mindset — you thrive in autonomous, cross-functional teams
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, grids, and consistency
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and a drive to solve real-world problems with design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools
• Awareness of how to integrate AI tools into design workflows for generating graphics, ideation and automation

Would be a plus:
• Background in banking or fintech products, corporate business applications
• Experience in 3D graphics tools
• Using AI to generate graphics and illustrations in a specified style

Scope of work:

— Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Analysts to define
problems and co-create effective solutions
— Work on the Website to explain products value to the existing customers
and engage the new audience
— Work on Website graphic materials, preparing infographics and icons
— Development of a visual style and further work on illustrations for the
website, banners. SMM etc
— Participation in User Research and A/B testing
— Preparation of prototypes of varying degrees of detail
— Working with and contributing to a scalable design system for
consistent UX across products and platforms
— Reviewing performance of released features and using insights to iterate
and improve
