WordPress Full-Stack Developer

🔥 We are excited to invite a motivated WordPress Full-Stack Developer to join our web development team. Our client is a HealthCare company from Israel with a team of over 250 professionals working in a collaborative environment. If you have a good WordPress development background and extensive HTML5 / CSS3 / JS knowledge, we would love to connect with you!

Responsibilities:
— Participate in the technical design of features;
— Develop the features during the provided and confirmed estimates during the planning sessions;
— Proficiency in converting design files (Figma) into well-structured HTML and CSS;
— Identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues on existing WordPress projects, with a focus on continuous improvement;
— WordPress server and client-side performance debugging and improvement;
— Make the dev testing to ensure the feature corresponds to all the acceptance criteria;
— Write web automated tests based on Selenium;
— Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;
— Respect team members, learn, and be on top of new technological updates;
— Participate in daily communication with the team.

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience with WordPress;
— Experience with Gutenberg blocks;
— Experience in plugin development and theme integration;
— Advanced understanding of PHP (including OOP), MySQL, and database design;
— Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS;
— Experience in the development of responsive layouts;
— Good experience in writing native JavaScript code and basic knowledge of jQuery;
— Knowledge and understanding of RESTful APIs in WP;
— Work experience with 3rd party APIs;
— Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
— Experience with Git and understanding of branching principles;
— Strong personal skills and strong communication skills (English B2+).

Nice to have:
— Knowledge of AWS infrastructure;
— Knowledge of WooCommerce plugin;
