🔧 What you’ll be working on:

• Building and evolving core features across the platform using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Designing scalable APIs (REST, GraphQL) and robust backend architecture
• Shipping features end-to-end in collaboration with design, product, and ops
• Owning technical decisions in a modern cloud-native setup (AWS, Docker)
• Driving best practices, improving performance, and mentoring teammates

🚀 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead (or similar hands-on leadership position)
• Still enjoys coding daily, and leads technical work by doing
• Writes clean, scalable code and cares about architecture as much as execution
• Is confident working with React, Node.js, and cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Speaks English at B2+ level — you’ll be collaborating with an international team
• Is proactive, takes initiative, and feels comfortable making technical decisions
• Bonus: experience with fintech or payment-related systems
