Art Director / Creative Director (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for an Art Director who can think conceptually and turn ideas into strong visual solutions — mixing storytelling, fresh visual approaches, and business goals. This role is about leadership, vision, and owning the final result. You’ll work in a fast-paced digital environment where speed, competition, and consistently strong creative are key. You’ll be responsible for setting the visual direction, leading a team of designers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute strategy. This role has a direct impact on how the brand grows — its visual identity, creative language, and recognizability across all key channels.

What you’ll do

  • Turn business and marketing goals into clear, persuasive, visually strong ideas
  • Lead creative direction in a high-tempo environment with multiple projects running in parallel
  • Keep an eye on trends in communication, design, and creativity across the digital space
  • Build, develop, and maintain the brand’s visual language, create guidelines, and ensure consistency across channels
  • Generate concepts together with a copywriter
  • Bring ideas to life through sketches, storyboards, and rough mockups
  • Run projects end-to-end: from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams, translating goals into creative solutions
  • Manage a team of designers: delegate tasks and set a clear creative direction
  • Present concepts and final work to the team and key stakeholders
  • Apply strong conceptual, graphic, typography, and composition skills across formats — print, digital, video, and interactive
  • Lead pre-production stages (photo/video shoots, post-production, adaptations) and drive the process from start to finish

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as an Art Director in digital industries (product companies / agencies / brands)
  • Experience working on large brand or performance campaigns in a digital environment
  • Hands-on experience creating:
    • logos and brand identity systems
    • typography and color work
    • web and layout design
    • print production, image selection, and packaging
  • Strong skills with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, hierarchy
  • Confidence designing across different environments: print, digital, mobile
  • Understanding of motion and video production basics
  • Ability to build visual concepts that scale across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Experience presenting creative work to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to defend design decisions
  • Comfortable working with feedback: interpret it and guide the team clearly
  • Leadership skills and ability to drive a team toward results

Nice to have

  • Experience with brand strategy: translating positioning and values into a strong visual language
  • Experience building design systems or modular guidelines for scale
  • Experience growing and developing a design team: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, processes, standards
  • Ability to challenge decisions and find better approaches within business goals and deadlines

Must have: a strong, diverse portfolio with real client cases.
