We are looking for a legal manager who will deal with contractual support, verification processes in payment systems, opening bank accounts, company registration in foreign jurisdictions, collecting the necessary licenses to ensure the company’s activities.
We strive to complement our team with an experienced specialist who is able to plan his time competently, has a high level of self-organization and self-discipline, enthusiastically takes on the solution of non-standard situations and is fluent in English to work with documents and communicate on work issues.
- Legal support of the procedure for opening corporate accounts in banks / other financial institutions;
- Preparation and negotiation of contracts, including those between non-resident companies;
- Analysis of corporate and tax legislation of foreign jurisdictions, preparation of relevant analytical reports and conclusions;
- Registration and legal support of non-resident companies;
- Monitoring of legislation relevant for the company in key jurisdictions;
- Legal support on other issues arising in the course of the company’s commercial activities.
- Higher legal education;
- Experience in corporate, contractual, banking law from 3 years;
- Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level (including legal English);
- Experience in establishment and support of foreign companies, legal structuring of business;
- Experience in legal/consulting/financial companies or Fintech projects.
- Experience in projects related to cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency exchange.
Will be a plus:
- Availability of LLM (Master of Laws)
