POSITION: Technical Writer

LOCATION: Remote

Requirements:

• Fluent in both spoken and written English (B2+ level)
• Proficient in MS Word
• Able to format documents according to the company’s style guide
• Strong research and analytical skills for gathering information related to assigned tasks
• Basic understanding of SDLC

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit technical documents, including user guides, product manuals, functionality descriptions, release notes, and quick installation guides
• Create and maintain articles for the internal knowledge base
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to develop consistent UI terminology and notification messages
• Produce how-to videos for end users
• Develop PowerPoint presentations on products and processes
• Assist in enhancing website content
• Participate in team meetings to gain insights into products and processes
• Conduct research and analysis of sample documents before starting any documentation work
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in writing technical documentation or knowledge base articles
• Experience in creating how-to videos
• Knowledge of Visio for creating flowcharts and diagrams
