Job Summary

We are on the lookout for an igaming experienced Chief Product Officer.

PlayMatrix is enhancing EveryMatrix product offering with live casino studios across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  — Define and execute the product vision and strategy to enhance user engagement, retention, and growth. Align the product strategy with the company’s business goals and market trends.
• Product Development:
  — Lead the product management and design teams to develop and improve gaming products and features that meet the needs of our users. Ensure products are launched on time and in quality.
• User Experience: — Champion superior user experience and design across all digital platforms, ensuring the product is accessible, intuitive, and enjoyable for all users.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  — Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure our products meet all regulatory requirements and ethical standards within the jurisdictions we operate.
• Market Analysis:
  — Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities for growth in the online gaming industry.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  — Collaborate with marketing, technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure product and business alignment.
• Performance Metrics:
  — Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, user engagement, and satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
  
  Requirements:
  — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  — Proven experience in a product leadership role, preferably in the online gaming, gambling, or tech industry.
  — Strong understanding of the online casino market and its regulatory environment.
  — Exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
  — Experience with product design, user experience, and customer-centric product development.
  — Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
  — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  — Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company — 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
  • 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note).
