OUR FIRST PRODUCTS:

• Esper Hand is a self-learning robotic prosthetic hand that detects muscle activity and adjusts the control to behavior patterns of the user to perform everyday tasks In a more human-like dexterity.

• Esper Control is a non-invasive, electromyography-based brain-computer interface that translates muscle signals into movements of the robotic hand, enabling seamless interaction.
• Esper Platform is a cloud-based software solution that uses machine learning algorithms to individualize the control of wearables, including the Hand.

We are looking for an exceptional Founder’s Associate to act as a strategic right hand to the founder. This is a high-
exposure role for someone who strives in fast-paced environments and wants to help build a business from the ground up. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, fundraising, execution and operations, ensuring the
company’s most critical initiatives move forward. Your work will enable the founder to focus on company-building at
the highest level while ensuring operational excellence in key areas.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Operations
Drive alignment, execution, and visibility across the business.

• Support the development and documentation of company-wide OKRs, including drafting clear descriptions, conducting research, and tracking progress;
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular business updates for internal and board stakeholders;
• Conduct market research to support the founder to identify new areas of growth, operational efficiencies, and potential new markets;
• Step into interim roles as needed and work closely with different teams to ensure effective execution of special projects.

2. Fundraising & Investor Relations
Enable a smooth fundraising process and ensure strong investor communication.

• Prepare regular investor updates and proactively handle special requests from investors;
• Build and manage an investor CRM, to ensure a structured fundraising process;
• Manage the fundraise end-to-end: from organizing the data room and pitch materials, to tracking follow-ups;

3. Other

• Collaborate with our founder on a wide range of special projects, ranging from business development, to expansion, and much more;
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  (consulting, VC, high-growth startups);
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field, a master’s degree is a plus;
• Excellent priorisation and time management skills that allow you to handle several projects, with a proven;
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, comfortable interacting with all stakeholders, from team members to investors;
• Self-driven, reliable, proactive with a strong hands-on mentality.
