What is Aiffin? We streamline vehicle financing and car leasing for small businesses with big companies.

Aiffin is a fintech B2B lender that provides automated leasing solutions for used and new cars, targeting micro and small-sized businesses and private entrepreneurs. To date, the platform has issued over €7 million in leasing loans, with more than 300 vehicle applications approved and financed. The platform operates in France and plans expansion to other EU markets.

What we expect from a candidate.

In this role, you’ll work on maintaining and enhancing the marketplace and working on the AI and rule-based module for credit score.

Tech Stack: Python, Django, API.

Required Skills

• Programming Languages: Strong experience in Python.
• Backend Frameworks: Strong experience with Django, FastAPI.
• Database Management: Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Google Cloud.
• Version Control: Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience in writing and preparing unit tests
• Experience in AI integration to project.

Experience & Soft Skills

• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, production-grade software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.

Would Be a Plus

• Experience with NoSQL Databases such as Firestore or MongoDB
• 3-rd party services integration experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute 8 hours per working day
• Implement technical tasks and features with a high standard of code quality

• Estimate and plan tasks, work aloud

The project involves supporting the current marketplace and working on the AI and rule-based module for credit score. You’ll engage in back-end development, as well as support existing microservices and develop new ones.
