EOS Data Analytics is a software company that works in the commercial space niche, with the main office in the USA and development centers in Ukraine (Kyiv, Dnipro).
We are developing a digital online platform for searching, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data retrieved from satellites. Using regular and custom algorithms, the system creates solutions to the challenges in business development and planet preservation. The tools developed by our team provide individual analytical solutions in agriculture, forestry, oil & gas, alternative energy, and other industries.

Our key products:
● Crop Monitoring, a satellite-driven online platform for precision agriculture.
● Forest Monitoring, a software for remote management of forest stands thanks to satellite monitoring.
● LandViewer, an online tool for working with satellite data.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive with exceptional soft skills in relationship building and opportunity identification. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of securing multi-year partnerships or direct contracts and is eager to grow into a Sales Director role.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in account-based, value-based sales approach, and a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics, including top players in the market.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and guide dedicated teams across three markets (Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Ukraine) while maintaining direct oversight of one.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategies for target markets and conducting Proof of Concept (POC) testing in new or emerging markets.
  • Work in tight cooperation with the Head of Sales and other TOPs to execute and modify the strategy, and enrich it with new insights. Maintain communication with other TOPs to ensure good workflow between each deps or enhance things/remove bottlenecks.
  • Supervise and lead a team of around 15 people. Including main team leads.
  • Participate in most promising opportunities to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Attend sales meetings and help Sales close deals and negotiations.
  • Set or modify the department’s goals and KPIs overall and for each member.
  • Make sure the implemented strategy matches the company’s vision- continuous monitoring of the results via analytics.
  • Hire Sales members to expand the team + ongoing assessments and onboard newcomers.
  • Monitor market trends and understand where opps are and how to get them.
  • Conduct sales training sessions for the AEs- best practices.
  • Maintain close relationships with other departments for constant feedback, enhancements and approving strategies for products and services, pricing structure, marketing, etc.
  • Achieve annual quota by closing some customers to serve as a role model.
  • Coordination of the strategy and communication with marketing, product, and finance.
  • Carrying out the necessary research, monitoring competitors, product updates, and searching for non-standard solutions.
  • Representation at C-level meetings and important cooperation with other units.
  • Motivation tracking and professional development support of the teams.
  • This role offers the potential for professional growth, with opportunities to explore and expand in a dynamic market environment.


Requirements:

  • Strong English skills (strong Advanced or Fluent)
  • Strong hard skills in sales management, business development, business and marketing strategy, customer service, negotiation skills, and business acumen.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management related to sales operations.
  • Experience supervising and leading teams of the account executives, the SDRs, and the CSMs, and experience setting up goals and KPIs.
  • Experience in hiring sales members for the team.
  • Must be strong in communication with other TOPs.
  • Experience in VAS, data analytics, or satellite would be a huge advantage.
  • Strong B2B experience is a must, and experience with SaaS solutions
  • GEO — experience with North America, Europe. Southeast Asia as a plus (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia).
