We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
• Coordinating with TAS and hiring managers to determine position requirements and key points to built sourcing strategy;
• Providing superior service and developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders;
• Maintaining candidate databases (via our Applicant Tracking System);
• Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
• Measuring conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired;
• Promoting our employer brand online and offline;
• Communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities;
• Coordinating several TA Admin tasks: posting vacancies on Job Boards, creating compensation requests etc.

Essential professional experience:

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer;
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
• Knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (GreenHouse preferably), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
• Basic interviewing skills and familiarity with interview techniques;
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.

Desirable skills and personal features:

• Solid verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
• Proactive position in generating new ideas and ways of searching candidates.

Вашими основними завданнями будуть:

• Взаємодія з потенційними кандидатами у професійних мережах та використання різних методів пошуку (наприклад, Boolean пошуку);
• Координація роботи з TAS та менеджерами з підбору персоналу для визначення вимог до посади та ключових моментів для побудови стратегії пошуку кандидатів;
• Надання високоякісного сервісу та розвиток міцних відносин з усіма ключовими стейкхолдерами;
• Ведення баз даних кандидатів;
• Розвиток кадрового резерву для майбутніх потреб у наймі;
• Вимірювання коефіцієнтів конверсії, включаючи кількість пасивних кандидатів, які перетворюються на претендентів, отримують запрошення на співбесіди, пропозиції та наймаються на роботу;
• Просування нашого бренду роботодавця онлайн та офлайн;
• Спілкування з колишніми кандидатами щодо нових можливостей працевлаштування;
• Координація декількох завдань адміністрування TA: розміщення вакансій на дошках оголошень, створення запитів на компенсацію тощо.

Необхідний професійний досвід:

• 2+ роки підтвердженого досвіду роботи в якості Talent Sourcer;
• Практичний досвід роботи з методами пошуку (наприклад, рекрутинг на соціальних платформах та створення Boolean пошукових рядків);
• Знання сфери експертизи (стан ринку, тенденції, кращі практики);
• Досвід використання систем відстеження кандидатів (бажано GreenHouse), рекрутингового програмного забезпечення та баз даних кандидатів;
• Базові навички проведення співбесіди та знайомство з технікою проведення співбесіди;
• Знання англійської мови на рівні Upper-Intermediate+.
