We are looking for a talented Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs;
• Evaluate individual and organisational development needs;
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training);
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings;
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing;
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts.

Essential professional experience:

• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar;
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices;
• Experience in project management and budgeting;
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen;
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors;
• BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field;
• Upper-intermediate English;
• Native Ukrainian.

Вашими основними завданнями будуть:

• Створювати та виконувати навчальні стратегії та програми;
• Оцінити індивідуальні та організаційні потреби розвитку;
• Впроваджувати різні методи навчання в масштабах компанії (наприклад, коучинг, спостереження за роботою, онлайн-навчання);
• Розробляти та проводити курси електронного навчання, семінари та інші тренінги;
• Оцінювати успіх планів розвитку та допомагати співробітникам максимально використовувати можливості навчання;
• Допомагайте менеджерам розвивати членів своєї команди шляхом кар’єрного росту;
• Відстежуйте бюджети та укладайте контракти.

Необхідний професійний досвід:

• Підтверджений досвід роботи менеджером з L&D, менеджером з навчання тощо;
• Сучасні знання ефективних методів навчання та розвитку;
• Знайомство з платформами та практиками електронного навчання;
• Досвід управління проектами та бюджетуванням;
• Володію MS Office і системами управління навчанням (LMS);
• Відмінні навички спілкування та ведення переговорів;
• Гостра ділова хватка;
• Вміння налагоджувати стосунки з працівниками та постачальниками;
• Бакалавр наук/бакалавр з бізнесу, психології або суміжної галузі;
• Англійськоа мова — Upper-intermediate ;
• Українська — рідна.
