Who are we looking for?
We’re NOT looking for a senior developer with 10+ years of coding.
We’re looking for a technical adventurer — someone with a tech-savvy mindset who’s not afraid of challenges, enjoys experimenting, and can combine technical understanding with communication skills.
This is a unique opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of tech & recruitment.
What you will do:
1. Preparing technical tasks
- Analyze vacancies and prepare test tasks on HackerRank
- Work with the ready-made task library (just pick relevant ones and build the test)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to analyze requirements and select proper challenges
2. Test monitoring
- Track candidates completing technical assessments
- Export results from the system
- Do an initial review based on the automated scoring
3. Candidate analysis
- Use AI for CV analysis and role matching
- Send invitations to candidates for technical tests
- Prepare interview insights based on CVs & job requirements
4. Tech vibe-checks (30 min)
- Conduct short interviews with candidates who passed testing
- Goal: not deep technical grilling, but checking:
- Candidate’s adequacy & communication
- Ability to explain complex things simply
- General technical mindset
- Cultural fit
5. Follow-up process
- Provide recommendations on candidates
- Keep documentation updated
- Communicate with the internal team
What we expect from you:
Must-have:
- English B2+ (for HackerRank and interviews)
- Technical background: basic understanding of programming, architecture, and web tech
- Readiness to actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Communication skills — you should love talking to people
- Curiosity & willingness to learn (tech evolves fast!)
- No fear of experiments — this is a new role, you’ll help shape it
Nice-to-have:
- Any hands-on programming experience
- Previous IT experience
- Understanding of different tech stacks
- Experience conducting tech interviews
Not required:
- Recruitment background
- Deep tech expertise
- Years of coding experience
