About Project:

Our client is an innovative startup based in New York City that is dedicated to developing cutting-edge browser security solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our browser security product. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the security and privacy features of our client’s product, ensuring a seamless and protected online experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for browser security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to implement new features and improvements.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues proactively.
• Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Applicants are required to have at least 4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in one typed programming language is required, with preference given to candidates experienced in TypeScript, Node.js, or/and Nest.
• Strong foundation in engineering basics including algorithms & data structures, UNIX systems, Git, CI/CD, and unit tests.
• Experience with blockchain technology is required.
• Experience with event-driven architecture/systems, with knowledge of Kafka or ideally Zeebe being advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Location: Poland, in Ukraine — Lviv.
