We are looking for a Senior DevOps / System Engineer for our Сlient — one of the leading system specialists for the planning, construction, and operation of control centers and call centers for emergency medical services, fire brigades, police forces, as well as for industry and transportation. The Company is using next-generation control center software suite.

EU residence is a must (Poland, Chezh Republic, Slovakia). B2B cooperation
On-site business trips to Austria 1 in 10 weeks for 3 days

Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure
  • Virtualization & automatization the processes
  • Support dev teams, install systems, etc
  • Administer Linux servers and create Bash scripts
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipeline
  • Work on the administration and orchestration of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), including deployment and process optimization with Ansible and ArgoCD to automate deployments
  • Take care of virtualization and hardware setup

Requirements:

  • EU residence
  • 5 + years of experience as a DevOps/System Engineer
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins) and automation tools (Ansible, ArgoCD)
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for orchestration and deployment
  • Expertise in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and alerting systems like PagerDuty
  • Hands-on experience with databases (e.g., MariaDB, MySQL, Liquibase) for deployment and management
  • Strong Linux command-line skills and proficiency in Bash scripting
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, especially SAFe or Kanban
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
