Senior Apache Karaf Developer (Java OSGI) for consulting purposes (вакансія неактивна)

We’re opening the position of a Senior Apache Karaf Developer to provide consulting services to our Client — a big US cloud services provider Company specializing in enterprise cloud and on-prem data management and data integration products.

Their iPaaS platform is among leaders of the market. Our team is helping to develop one of the iPaaS products that provides service development and orchestration capabilities for enterprise customers.

There is a request from our Client to provide expert help for Apache Karaf upgrade from version 3.0.2 to version 4.4.6 for one of the Client’s on-premises products. The Client’s Product Team faced some difficulties with this upgrade, and they are looking for someone who can help with this challenge. It is a short-term involvement to help resolving found issues and unblock the main team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Team to upgrade the Apache Karaf version from v 3.0.2 to 4.4.6
• Help to resolve issues and validate results

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development using Java (8 — 17)
• Strong knowledge of Java Core
• Apache Karaf versions 3.X-4.X
• Java OSGI
• Good soft skills
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
