Middle Data Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We’re opening the position of a Middle Data Engineer to the existing team in the current project of our Customers. They provide a SaaS solution that helps companies to optimize their business. This solution includes business planning to automate and optimize business, delivery, and workflows. The platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better prediction and prevention of disruptions across businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with our Machine Learning Experts, Project Managers, and other Engineers to advance our Data Science products
• Design and develop data-intensive distributed systems in Python using technologies such as Pandas, Dask, etc.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure cloud service to build a scalable platform responsible for data ingestion and workload distribution
• Support onboarding of the new customers with your expertise in organizational or data-intensive tasks
• Develop user-facing features; design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Work in an Agile team with an emphasis on quality, testability, and automation
• Work with Snowflake

Requirements:

• Several years (3+) of professional experience as a Data Engineer in the Python ecosystem
• Experience working with cloud service providers and deployments, preferably on MS Azure
• Experience working with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake or comparable technologies
• Experience with SaaS methodologies
• Understanding and ability to apply in practice OOP, SOLID principles
• Experience with CI/CD systems (preference will be given to GitHub Actions)
• Experience working with observability tools such as Elasticsearch
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Scrum (Agile)
• English level — Upper-intermediate or higher
